The Nomad range of stickbaits was featured in the Feb 2009 issue of Marlin magazine (Read Article), and has proven itself as one of the best all round bluewater trolling lures available. The Nomad Ulua stickbait come in six sizes from 4.9" long, 1.4 oz (140mm long,40 grams ) to 11.4" long, 7.05 oz,(290mm long. 200grams.) The lure has five color variants and comes unrigged. These smaller sizes are great for casting or trolling around the rocky shoreline as the smaller size accounts for more species, while still appealing to the roosters and tuna.
The Ulua has proven to work really well when fish are feeding shy or on smaller bait fish. The mid range sizes are great when casting for big rooster, yellow fin tuna, wahoo, spanish mackerel and grouper, and also work really well being trolled for marlin.
